Bozinovic M.A. This book contains a collection of documents written by the Bishop of Banja Luka, Msgr Dr Franjo Komarica and the Bishop’s Ordinary in Banja Luka during the war between 1991 and 1995. They include a number of pastoral letters, appeals, interventions, reports, denouncements… The documents contained in this book came about as a direct result of the actual situation faced by the community of the faithful in the Banja Luka Diocese, as well as by all those rightless people of the Banja Luka region. We believe that every reader will easily recognise the “Essence of the Church” in the constant emphasis on the need to respect God’s laws and to protect human rights and liberties, the basis of European civilisation.
